Returns Policy

At Evoke PK, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. We cover all return shipping costs in such cases.

To initiate a return, simply log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the “Return Item(s)” option under the relevant order. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund or replacement promptly.

Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.
