Return & Exchange Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the conditions below:


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the case of:

  • Damaged product upon arrival

  • Wrong item delivered (wrong color, size, product)

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.


2. Return Period

You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days cannot be processed.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service with:

    • Order number

    • Details of the issue

    • Clear photos or video as evidence

  2. Our team will inspect your claim and, if approved, provide return instructions.

  3. Items must be returned:

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags intact

    • Without signs of usage (other than opening for inspection)

  4. After receiving the returned item:

    • We will issue an exchange (subject to availability)

    • Or provide a full refund, including the shipping fee


4. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns cannot be processed for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences due to screen display variations

  • Items not matching return criteria
